IT ALL STARTED WHEN......

Haiti Ag Group.jpg

a group of Tennessee farmers and others involved in agriculture headed to Haiti in February 2015 to see if they could help out at the University of Jeremie's School of Agriculture. Since that trip, partnerships in agriculture have been made with Tennessee State University, Mississippi State University, and Just Hope International of Brentwood, TN, and professors from those schools have traveled to haiti to share their knowledge and expertise with the UJ students. Prof. Guichard Zamor, the head of the ag department at UJ has visited the US and begun not only an exchange of ideas but a friendship with those involved.
